Can you identify a Cloudways offer from the code alone?
No. The 2018 Cloudways roundup also records an Inspectlet offer using BFCM18. The 2019 roundup records a NotificationX offer using BFCM40 and a MexBS offer using cloudways-BFCM. Those entries describe the partners’ products, not additional Cloudways hosting discounts. The product and issuer beside a code determine what it was for.
Could an existing customer use BFCM4030?
The archived page does not give one clean answer. Its terms say the offer is “only valid for new customers.” On the same page, an FAQ says it applies to users who sign up and upgrade from trial to a full account.
